DETAILS:

PLEASE PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT. Pre-registration has a few advantages. 1) You can show up as late as 9:30am and still be guaranteed to not miss any playing time, 2) If you donate $70 per person, we can place two players on the same team. 3) You can encourage your friends and family to sponsor you and donate MORE money(or donate by clicking above)

Just remember pre-registration closes at 8:00am on May 1st. At that time the list will be taken to the rink and there will be a record of it when you show up.

A representative from Rose Charities will be there to collect the entry fee and hand out tax receipts for those who wish to pay on the day of the event (check is preferred and can be made out to the Rose Charities). Please feel free to donate more, disabled children living in poverty(and the organizers) will thank you!

Please keep in mind that this is a co-ed charity tournament with differing levels of skill. The bottom line is that we will be playing to help people with disabilities who can’t afford to pay their medical bills, not creating new ones, so aggressive play will not be tolerated.
As this tournament is round robin, you will need to bring a white and a black shirt.

The first games will start at 9:30am sharp in order to get all of the games in within the permit times. Previous years they HAVE started on time and they will again this year– this isn’t BTSH. If you show up later, you will still be placed on a team, but you may have missed some playing time. If it is threatening to rain, please check back here the morning of for an update.

If you are a goalie, there are only 8 spots available, so please contact Rachel Greene (reg92181@gmail.com)

Please also contact Rachel at any time if: a) you want to play as a pair on the same team, b) are donating but not playing, c) plan on arriving late or leaving early, d) have any additional questions!

Hope to see you there.
